Before you open the demo
Do I need to move off Shopify?
No. Stemdesk reads your Shopify orders through your own Admin API token and shows them next to phone and wire orders. Shopify stays your storefront.
Which wire services are supported?
You can store credentials for FSN, Teleflora and FTD Mercury today from the integrations screen. Shopify order syncing is live; wire order syncing ships per service as each adapter is released.
Can my team use it on a phone?
Yes. Every screen — the order board, wedding worksheets and the leads pipeline — is built to work on a phone at the bench or in the van.
Is my shop's data separate from other shops?
Yes. Each shop is its own tenant and isolation is enforced in the database itself, not by app-side filtering. Integration credentials are stored server-side only and never reach the browser.
